By Mistaking Sister for Wife, Biden Support Surges in West Virginia

Washington D.C. — In a seemingly risqué gaffe, Joe Biden has received a surge of support in West Virginia following mistaking his wife Jill for his sister Valerie.

The development comes as Biden looks for a knockout blow to win the Democratic nomination following a strong super Tuesday showing. 

"Unlike Bernie, Joe's really been struggling to find his center of energy," claimed political consultant Cecil Bluefield. "But few thought it would come from an inadvertent endorsement of incest."

Outside of West Virginia, Biden's mistake has also seen him received spikes in support from a proverbial grand buffet of weirdos ranging from the sinister to the oddball 

"We kind of expected upticks in support from those serving life sentences," confirmed Bluefield. "We didn't expect to see such blanket support from those wearing soul patches or hypercolor t-shirts.
