E.T. Star Arrested for DUI Phones Home. From Jail Cell.

Tualatin, OR — Henry Thomas, best known for playing Elliott, a young boy who befriends an alien in the blockbuster film E.T., has been arrested, and used his one phone call to a place most of us could have guessed. 

“Henry’s obsessed with calling home ever since Drill Sergeant Spielberg drummed it into his brain back in ‘82,” said Thomas’ long term agent Lev Schlickman, noting that the clink phone call isn’t an uncommon behavior. “I thought cell phones might have quelled the urge, but there’s not a supermarket line or toilet stall west of the Rockies that he hasn’t called home from.”

 “I think he’s holding out hope Drew Barrymore still lives there.”
